Worst customer service. Do not use this company. Watch broken by them whilst changing battery. Still not returned after nearly 8 weeks.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received!
I ordered a watch at the kildare village shop and they sent me out my order but also a second order that belonged to another customer. I tried to arrange with watch station for their courier to pick up the watch that I didn’t order but they never organised a return docket on their end. The manager Kelly proceeded to then send me threatening messages on WhatsApp implying that I was refusing to send the watch back and that if I didn’t go out of my own way and pocket to send back a watch (that I had never ordered) that they will be taking further legal action against me and will be taking the money out of my account.
I never in my life have come across more incompetent and out right rude and aggressive staff. Absolute disgrace after I have spent over 500 euros on a purchase.

Worst company and worst customer care, if ur watch is broken under warranty they will take more than 90days to repair without any updates.

This is the worst website EVER.
Was really late on delivery and when it finally came it was the wrong watch. I have to take it to fedex to return it. The people on the phone are so rude and unhelpful. The manager would not come to the phone as he was in a meeting yet the dude kept talking to him well we were talking .. so unprofessional. I will never shop on this website ever again. I own over 500 watches not one more will come from this site..

I purchased a Michelle Kors watch jan 2020 5 stones fallen out it says 2 year garantee but not covered for stones they want estimated 50 pound to repair never order from them please

I read reviews and was skeptical but ordered a diesel watch anyway..The order came fast in a legit box and is legit! I found out from their site they are either owned or partnered with fossil, I got a lot of watches, wallets and like bags from fossil, so anyway, I called both call centers they had the same hold music and email follow up so I figured alright cool. Anyways , fantastic deal on a watch, I’ll get another soon.

Brutal. Bought a watch and extra strap on Boxing Day for my daughter. Applied the code for 30% off sale items, which reverted. So I used the live chat and she ARGUED with me for 20 minutes that it didn't apply to sale items (Which it ONLY applied to). Never received a confirmation email, called a couple of times, finally got one. Then the strap shipped, so I called to make sure the watch was coming...yup, don't worry. THEN IT WAS CANCELLED. So there are now NO sales available, they refused to do anything but give me a 30% off code for full price items. TERRIBLE online customer service.

I bought an MK watch... it looks beautiful n its been one year... nothing wrong n its authentic... its better to go at store n select for urself...but wait till corona settles.

I bought 2 misfit path watches from them and they both were defective and,i gifted this with box and it was very sad to know they were defective. Be careful before buying from this watchstation.com...When i called back for replacement, they did not even had stock and i also missed the deal from other website due to this seller.Very embarrassment after giving gift and loosing the deal. both

Be careful there is a SCAM at a place called WATCH STATION. I bought a Misfit watch and it died after 2 months and I went to return it and Misfit said they would give me a $60 gift card (the cost of the Misfit watch) to go to WATCH STATION and get a new watch! Well, the cheapest watch was $139! So, more than double my watch price...but I thought I would try it. They said they had a 90 day return policy if I didn't like it. I got the new watch and it was too heavy so I returned it. They refunded me all but my initial $60 and when I called them they said sorry...you spend it or you lose it! I thought that was INCREDIBLY scummy...so beware!!!!

I ordered a Michael Kors watch from WatchStation. I was so excited to get it, cause their shipping sucks as the product takes like 20 days to deliver. And guess what!! the watch was defective and in used condition. Its color was faded there was no covering to the watch the belt was broken cause one of those metal things you need to attach the belt was not there. Like soo poor quality of service, I have received from this site. At least before selling the watch They should have checked the condition of the watch. Like literally they sell second hand and defective watches. I am soo disappointed!!!
